SSC Criminal Justice Program is hosting a “Drones & Dogs” Event for National Criminal Justice Month on Thursday, March 9 from 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM in the Kindig Performing Arts Center and lecture Halls on the College’s Main Campus in South Holland.
Established by the United States Congress in 2006, March is National Criminal Justice Month. Its purpose is to promote societal awareness around the causes and consequences of crime, as well as strategies for preventing and responding to crime. The American Academy for Criminal Justice Sciences (ACJS) also recognizes March as National Criminal Justice Month.
